Ingredients of Pear Lassi:
- 1 Green Pear
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 3 Fresh mint sprigs + for garnishing
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 cup Yogurt
- Ice cubes as required
Method for "Pear Lassi":
- Deseed and roughly chop Pear and add to the blender.
- Roughly chop ginger, add to blender jar along with mint sprigs and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Add honey and blend. Add yogurt and few ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
